Heises Plumbing completed a professional drain cleaning in plumbing services in San Francisco, CA. The initial report indicated: Tenant - Mary-Kay: Upstairs Basin and Tub sewer line cleaning and seem connected and not draining. 8/4/26 Cabled clogged tub w/ manual hand crank cable. Cabled clogged basin sink drain w/ manual hand crank cable & super vee. I believe the the clog was due to a rusted closed sanitary tee floor. Our technician completed the following repairs: Had to dismantle & remove cabinet shelf to remove the p-trap to access the clogged drain line. Reinstalled p-trap & cleaned cabinet & work area. 2hrs Service Charge . Following completion of the service visit, all addressed systems were verified for proper operation.
