The initial report indicated: Contact is Jonathan- 2 leaks 1. 3rd floor - hot water - pipe in ceiling is leaking through drywall 2.

Roof in boiler room - Leaking and isn’t sure what is leaking .
Our Solution
Met up with Jonathan for leaks. Showed us leak in ceiling that is coming from 1 1/4 copper 90 hot water. Would to next to open a section of of ceiling to access leak. rooftop boiler room leak is coming from a 3inch copper 90 & 45. The technician performed the necessary evaluation and service for the system. Additionally, we provided recommendations for future service: Would need to replace a section of 3 inch pipe. They would like for us to send over an estimate. .
Final Results
Following completion of the service visit, all addressed systems were verified for proper operation.
