Tomas did a good job and was friendly and personable.

The plumbers were on time, friendly and professional & got the job done quickly. Before leaving, they didnt give any advice on maintenance, like flushing/draining the water heater once a year to prevent sediment buildup. I thought they should have mentioned that. Good communication with their office getting the installation lined up. Heises has been around for years, has a good reputation, and probably is a little expensive, compared to to others, but overall, was a good experience.

Excellent and timely service. Experienced plumber. But $427. to just exchange the float, flush valve inside the tank I think is excessive. It took the Plumber 20 minutes from the time he arrived to the time you left to fix the toilet. My doctor charges less than that per hour!.

Jose was very professional and respectful of our home. He repaired our issue quickly and then help answer some plumbing questions that were unrelated to the issue he came to repair. We are very pleased.

Pressure toilet began running constantly and then making constant roaring sound. I thought house was going to blow up. Jose arrived in 30 min And fortunately had new part on truck for this old toilet.. all taken care of in 30 min. This is a house with only 1 toilet and guests expected in 2 hours. Mike was able to schedule someone for me to come very quickly on Monday and Thomas came twice first time he tried to fix. Didn't work the first time and he came back again and spend an hour and a half fixing it. Both of these guys went above and beyond to get my problem fixed and of course it's working now. After I called the second time Thomas came out almost an hour later which is to me unheard of. If you need your furnace or water heater fixed call these guys you will not regret it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Sergio came out to diagnose a bathroom sink leak, found the cause, discovered another leak in a different bathroom shower & set up an appt w/me on the spot to fix both the following business day (we wanted to get the new parts ourselves; otherwise, he couldve done it same day.) Showed up right on time both times, was very polite & thorough in explaining things, & worked very quickly to replace/resolve everything. Best of all, they charged me their quoted hourly labor rate (just 1 hour) even though they were actually here longer. Office was also very nice & professional to deal with. Keeping their number so I can call them next time we have a problem!! Would give 10 s if I could!

Crew responded promptly to an appointment request, arrived as promised, worked quickly to assess the issue (clog well down the line), confident in their plan of action to access and dislodge, executed efficiently, and double checked that everything was resolved.

Our tankless water heater stopped working. Jose came out first thing in the morning and fixed it quickly and made sure everything was working before leaving. Appreciate the thoroughness and efficiency!

Eduardo was efficient, knowledgeable and kind. He also provided tips for ensuring g proper cleaning schedule and materials in the future. 4 stars bc $350 seem high for Heise service call and service especially something simple.

Brendan and his team were tenacious about figuring out our clog issue. They were the second plumbing team to address it and they didnt leave until they explained how to stop it from happening again!

Eduardo was able to come early and tackle the problems with the kitchen sink not draining. Required snaking to clean out years of kitchen grease I also have a very old sink faucet, which was delivering very low water pressure and he was able to replace some aged shut off faucets underneath, but I will need to purchase a new kitchen sink faucet to replace this one since it is about 18 years old and on its last leg. Tested the dishwasher and garbage disposal and all are properly draining now.

I interviewed 4 plumbing companies to replace two rusted cast iron cleanouts and a rusted cast iron drain grate in advance of a garage floor resurfacing project. The solution offered by the Heise's Plumbing manager of my project, Tomas Suchocki, was the most innovative, practical and cost effective of all. Tomas and his crew arrived on time and did the work to his and my specifications. I will use Heise's Plumbing and Tomas for future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to family, friends, and neighbors.

Chris and his assistant were terrific. Like everything with animals and plumbing - something always sends to happen on a, weekend or holiday I had a seriously clogged kitchen sink and called Mike at Heises and he had someone out here within a few hours. They did a great job, quickly, and left everything clean and neat. Thanks, guys (and Mike)!

Took care of us

Eddie was prompt, professional, and friendly when he checked out my dryer which is no longer drying clothes. He confirmed what I knew was the problem and ordered the parts required to repair the dryer, which will be sent directly to me. The four stars rather than five express my annoyance with the $195 diagnostic fee when I already knew what the problem was! Why not just have me provide the model and serial number over the phone when I first called , charge me for the parts now - or along with the labor charge when Eddie comes to fix the dryer next week? $195 seems awfully high for a 10- minute visit!

Pretty good. I dont think I ever got a response to my text messages, so not sure why it is offered as an option. We sent photos in, asked some questions around scheduling, etc via text, but no response.

Arrived on time, had all the parts they needed, and got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. What more could you ask for!

They cleaned up afterwards, gently put back my cabinet drawers, and got the plumbing work done correctly on the first try. The head office estimated this would be a 2-hour job and they finished in an hour and a half.

I initially had an issue with the service that was delivered but was impressed that they returned and completed the task very professionally. I would still advise that there is more clarity in terms of what charges are made for camera inspections that may or may not lead to hydro-jetting and recommend customers clarify this in advance.

Wish the $350 price wasnt so high for a ten minute visit, but I guess thats the nature of business, right? There really should be a sliding scale for the complexity of the job. Thank you.
