Great service, efficient and solved the problem immediately

Love Heise's; they've been our go to plumber for years, across multiple different places we've lived in the city. They have always been fair with us and I never get the feeling that I'm being overcharged just because we're in a pinch. Given this, I was thrilled to see that they've added appliances to their services! We had a washing machine that needed to be replaced and it was in a terrible location; stacked under a gas dryer with no space on either side to manuever. Huge shout outs to our techs Caesar and Tomasz; they were excellent and made sure we got our washer installed correctly despite all the obstacles. Also big thanks to Sachiko who helped us get everything scheduled and was so friendly! If there is a service you need and Heise's provides it, you won't be disappointed.

Fast and responsive - helped me out late on a Sunday night. Pricing was transparent. Service provider was on-time, professional and communicative. I hope I don't need them again but they will be my first call if I ever do.

Had them do a bid on a water pressure regulator and replacing a broken drain pipe on the side of the house. They did a thorough estimation looking for ways to cut costs while still doing quality work. Their bid was competitive the scheduled me in the next business day. I appreciated the time they took to explain the details of the job. As a bonus, my washing machine no longer makes a loud vibrating sound when it pulls water. Very happy with the work and would use them again.

Quick response and great customer service.

Erick and his partner installed our new Toto toilet and washlet. Not every plumber is familiar with these toilets/washlets, but they were efficient and knew what they were doing. Very satisfied with the service, and would use Heise's again.

I had been paying $60/month to Choice Home Warranty for a long time and never had to use them. I submitted a request for service and they sent a text saying that it would be almost one week before they would get someone out to clear my kitchen drain. I was so frustrated that I Googled plumbers in my area and,, luckily, Heises came up. Mike was incredibly helpful and Brandon, who came within a few hours, was nice and efficient. While I wouldnt expect such prompt service every time (from anyone : ) - It saved the day as I was having people over to watch the Series. Needless to say, I cancelled my Choice monthly service right away. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything was fine, the young man was quick with his job, there were no problem during the process, we needed a snaking since our toilet was clogged up but paying $650 for a snaking is.diabolical and I also fed his parkinf meter because the ticket car was circling around and he didnt feed his meter. I will still give you guys 5 stars but there will be no 2nd time nor a recommendation to anyone. Same day appointment, $650 for a snaking

Fast clearing of blocked sink drain!

Arrived right on time, super polite. They fixed two clogged drains. Very clean and fast.

The plumber was friendly and he checked the refrigerator waterline and said there was nothing wrong with it. I think the delivery people didnt know what they were doing or didnt feel like carrying the new refrigerator upstairs that day. I heard this happens a lot lately.

Very quick and thorough response. Our drain is flowing freely again!

Unbelievable what these guys did today. We had multiple rotted pipes in a crawlspace below a mixed use building, combined w backed up first floor commercial opening at 4pm. Plumbers from previous day were unavailable due to already scheduled conflicts. Eduardo showed up at 11, new to the project, and said, "Relax, Eduardo is here." And he and a helper proceeded to work until five on their bellies in a dank, dark, humid space with backed up water from the clog, cutting in new replacement lines. And somehow, our commercial opened at 4pm, none the wiser. Additionally, he worked an extra 30 minutes clearing an unrelated blockage in the men's urinal. Throughout, he was approachable, upbeat, and resolved. Truly heroic, we are grateful

Great service for 34 years

Ill admit, this review starts in a dark place: me, stricken with violent food poisoning from a local establishment, unable to reach the porcelain shrine in time, and instead baptizing my poor bathroom sink. After trying every recommended algorithm for unclogging (remove solids, hot water, vinegar & baking soda, plunger, bargaining with higher powers), nothing worked. Enter OGrady Plumbing (now part of Heises Plumbing). Within three hours, Cesar arrivedan hour early, no less. First, he tried the classic snake. No dice. Then he brought out the power snake machine, removed the P-trap, and went to work like a cardiologist clearing a clogged artery. In under seven minutes of serious pipe surgery, we discovered the culprit: a grotesque hair/soap/cleanser wad of doom that had apparently been building for ages. Cesar was thorough, professional, and honestly heroic. For those who balk at the minimum service feeremember youre not just paying someone to wiggle a tool. Youre paying for diagnosis, labor, equipment, and peace of mind. If you wouldnt cheap out on a heart stent, dont cheap out on your pipes. Moral of the story: call the experts, call Heises/OGrady Plumbing, and your drains (and dignity) will thank you. Bravo, Cesar!

Excellent! I will always call Heises. Jose was honest, fast and efficient. The customer service agent (whose name I have forgottensorry) was so great at arranging the time for Jose to come even though I needed to change it at one point. Fabulous!! Thank you.

Edwardo came very quickly and was friendly and so efficient! It took him about 10 minutes to clear a very clogged drain.

Mateo was professional and understood what I needed. I am disabled and he was able to make it a lot easier to water my back yard garden without going down the steep steps. He also cleaned my storm drain, just in time for the coming rains.

When our home insurance company asked us to install an automatic water shutoff valve in order to renew our policy, I scheduled inspections and got estimates from 3 different plumbers. I had never worked with Heises before, but they offered the most competitive pricing. When I had questions about the estimate, their dispatch, Kasandra, was able to get me clear answers. Tomas, our supervisor, is an excellent communicator and has tons of technical experience building and maintaining plumbing systems. His team, Marlon, James, and John were professional and helped us install the new pipes and electrical outlets needed for the automatic water shutoff system. They were very coordinated and made the entire process easy and straightforward. I would use Heises again!

Heise's is always there for us and our clients, providing expertise and quality work. Their excellent communication skills make them super easy to work with.

My tenants asked the Heise staff person to explain what caused the problem and told me their English language skills were not strong enough to either understand the question or explain an answer. I need to know the source of the problem. Thanks because if it is due to my neighbors tree roots, I can request that they deal with it OR maybe I need to do some remedial work.
