Caesar was friendly and expert. The problem of cold water faucet running hot disappeared right before his arrival. Go figure. They charged me for half an hour and I'll call them if the problem returns.

I initially had an issue with the service that was delivered but was impressed that they returned and completed the task very professionally. I would still advise that there is more clarity in terms of what charges are made for camera inspections that may or may not lead to hydro-jetting and recommend customers clarify this in advance.

Easy peezy job but we contacted your company because we were uncertain about installing a new toilet apparatus. Wish the $350 price wasnt so high for a ten minute visit, but I guess thats the nature of business, right? There really should be a sliding scale for the complexity of the job. Thank you. We tipped the fellow, and will continue to use Heises, as we did OGrady in the past.

Service from Heise is always great. I called at around 8 am for a jammed garbage disposal and they were able to get someone on the job by 9:30. The service tech figured out the problem right away and fixed it within a half hour. Friendly, courteous and neat.

Eazy & Cesar were friendly and helpful - focused and efficient on their work

Jose was outstanding. He came in and fixed what we had been told by another plumber was an unsolvable problem with our faucet and that our entire faucet would need to be replaced. Instead Jose expertly repaired it, checked the other faucets and installed a new mechanism in our toilet. Not having to change out two sets of faucets for new ones also saved us a ton of money in parts and labor. Can't recommend Heise's highly enough.

Erick and Jordan did a fantastic job replacing old rusted leaking pipes in the bathroom (shower) interior, in the basement and exterior of the building. They are experienced, skilled and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were doing. They both are very congenial and service oriented. It was a pleasure to work with them. I will definitely ask for them in the future! Satchiko and Xandra were both great at helping me schedule the full day of work that needed to be done, answered all my questions when I called several times and helped me coordinate meeting Erick and Jordan to show them a last minute toilet issue. Thomas was very skillful when he came to give an estimate. He has a keen eye and showed me potential issues I hadnt noticed. Im very satisfied with Heises work!

Extraordinary and over the top customer service I had never come into contact with this company until I had an emergency in my apartment unit which flooded late at night. They sent people immediately. Communication was top-tier. They cleaned up everything before they left. I couldnt be more thankful or more impressed by their customer service. Highly recommend.

We had a sudden leak from the top of our water heater. After calling, they had someone here in under 2 hours. We were asked to send pictures of the problem and they came prepped and ready. Caesar did the assessment, repair, and cleanup, all in about an hour. The price was incredibly reasonable for a last minute, emergency repair. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, prepared, and overall, obviously experts at what they do.

I woke up to a plumbing problem this morning and it was fixed by noon. I emailed a photo of my problem to the office at 6 AM, I received a phone call before 8 oclock and was offered a time slot from 10 to noon or 11 to 1. The plumbers, Cesar and Easy were wonderful and they took care of the problem right away. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to call Heises Plumbing again.

Brendan was great. Will be glad to see him again when needed. However, our last auger our was under $300. Todays work was more than double that price. I would have liked to know that in advance. Won't make that mistake again.

My downstairs shower was not draining properly. It could have been an expensive sewer line blockage, but they tried clearing the shower drain first and that solved the problem. Everything else in the bathroom then drained properly. Heise's was very timely. They came out within 2 hours of my call and resolved the problem in less than an hour. Also left my bathroom clean. I highly recommend Heise's.

Serviceman very polite & competent -- so grateful for fast service last minute on a SAT morning as I recover from surgery ! The fee was expensive and a bit shocking but seniors go way back to a time in their life experience when these services cost far less.

Matteo was knowledgeable, clean, and punctual, and the repair was done swiftly and with no blemishes or other issues. We'll probably make Heise's our new default for plumbing jobs.

He got the water level in the bowl higher. It was way too low.

We had a clogged drain on the business and Heise's Pluming work so fast and solved the problem on the same day. It was a holiday and I was so happy that they understood my needs and worked fast!

The company is very professional and I do recommend them. Prices were clearly announced when making the appointment. I'm very happy with the service Caesar provided for me, he arrived on time and solves the issue with skills. My kitchen sink pipe was clogged, at least 20-25 ft from the sink. He also provided great advice to avoiding the issue again.
