In 1991, Dave Castillo purchased Heise's Plumbing and continued building upon the company's outstanding reputation.

Building for the Future
After dedicating 51 years to Heise's Plumbing, Dave Castillo passed the company to Michael Giometti and Sergio Cabrales.
The new owners committed themselves to preserving everything customers loved about Heise's Plumbing while investing heavily in technology, equipment, training, and expanding the company's capabilities.
Additional services were introduced, including heating and other home service solutions, while maintaining the trusted values established in 1954.

Cannon Appliance
Heise's Plumbing acquired Cannon Appliance, a trusted Peninsula appliance service company that has proudly served customers since 1952.
O'Grady Plumbing
Heise's Plumbing also joined forces with O'Grady Plumbing, bringing together an outstanding team of highly experienced sewer and drain specialists.
A New Headquarters
Continuing to Grow
In 2026, Heise's Plumbing relocated its headquarters to the former O'Grady Plumbing building on Evans Avenue.
The larger facility allows the company to better serve customers throughout San Francisco and the Peninsula while supporting a growing fleet of technicians and expanded service offerings.
The company also broadened its capabilities by offering additional building maintenance services, making Heise's Plumbing an even more complete service partner for homeowners, commercial properties, HOAs, and property managers.
