Heise's Plumbing completed a professional appliance repair service at a property in Redwood City, CA. The customer reported that both of their stacked dryers were making loud, disruptive noises during operation.
Our local appliance technician arrived on-site, inspected the units, and diagnosed worn belts, flat-spotted rollers, and dry tensioner pulleys on both dryers. To perform the repairs, we carefully pulled out the stacked dryer units. We replaced the belts, support rollers, and idler pulleys on both machines to restore quiet and smooth drum rotation.
Following the installation of the new OEM dryer parts, we reassembled the stack and tested both machines. We ran complete test cycles to verify that the dryers run quietly, heat properly, and operate safely and efficiently before completing the service.
