The Problem
Heises Plumbing cleared a blocked kitchen sink drain in San Mateo, California, during an emergency Saturday service.
The customer reported a leaking toilet at a property in San Francisco. A leaking toilet can occur when the seal at the base of the toilet no longer provides a proper connection to the drain.
Our Solution
Technicians removed compacted food debris from the P-trap using a Super-V cable machine. They reassembled the drain, tested flow, and restored normal drainage. The homeowner was advised to avoid disposing of dense food waste in the sink.
Heises Plumbing inspected the toilet and addressed the leaking connection. The toilet was reset and the connection at the base was serviced to provide a secure fit and proper operation.
