Heises Plumbing installed a customer-provided bidet and replaced a damaged Grohe shower head with two new Delta shower heads in Redwood City, California.
The customer reported a leaking toilet at a property in San Francisco. A leaking toilet can occur when the seal at the base of the toilet no longer provides a proper connection to the drain.

The technician tested all fixtures to confirm proper water pressure and leak-free performance before completing the service.
Heises Plumbing inspected the toilet and addressed the leaking connection. The toilet was reset and the connection at the base was serviced to provide a secure fit and proper operation.
