The customer reported a leaking toilet at a property in Portola Valley. A leaking toilet can occur when the seal at the base of the toilet no longer provides a proper connection to the drain.
Our Solution
The technician replaced hot and cold angle stops, added new chrome escutcheons, and soldered a new copper stub-out to fix a leak. All plumbing connections were pressure-tested to ensure proper function in the single-family home’s kitchen.
Heises Plumbing inspected the toilet and addressed the leaking connection. The toilet was reset and the connection at the base was serviced to provide a secure fit and proper operation.
