The customer reported a leaking toilet at a property in San Francisco. A leaking toilet can occur when the seal at the base of the toilet no longer provides a proper connection to the drain.
Our Solution
The team installed new isolation valves, ran a new gas line, completed pressure testing, and hard-wired the electrical connection. They verified proper operation and confirmed hot water flow with no leaks detected.
Heises Plumbing inspected the toilet and addressed the leaking connection. The toilet was reset and the connection at the base was serviced to provide a secure fit and proper operation.
