The Problem
Heises Plumbing inspected a property in Palo Alto, California, and identified failed angle stops with damaged gaskets.
The customer reported a leaking toilet at a property in San Francisco. A leaking toilet can occur when the seal at the base of the toilet no longer provides a proper connection to the drain.
Our Solution
These caused debris buildup in the water lines. The main shut-off valve is also nonfunctional. Technicians will return to shut off water at the street and replace three angle stops to restore water flow.
Heises Plumbing inspected the toilet and addressed the leaking connection. The toilet was reset and the connection at the base was serviced to provide a secure fit and proper operation.
