The Problem
Heises Plumbing repaired a leaking shower valve in San Carlos, California.
The customer reported a leaking toilet at a property in San Francisco. A leaking toilet can occur when the seal at the base of the toilet no longer provides a proper connection to the drain.
Our Solution
Technicians accessed the valve by opening the back wall, replaced faulty parts, and repiped the connections. A new valve was installed. Damaged drywall was removed, and fans were used to dry the area, preventing water damage and mold. The site was left safe and ready for restoration.
Heises Plumbing inspected the toilet and addressed the leaking connection. The toilet was reset and the connection at the base was serviced to provide a secure fit and proper operation.
