The Problem
Heises Plumbing completed a house trap replacement in SoMa, San Francisco, as part of a sewer replacement project. The crew excavated and trenched approximately two city squares to access the existing house trap, which was removed and disposed of. A new 5-inch house trap was furnished and installed with proper alignment and connection to the existing sewer line.
Our Solution
After the sewer work was completed, the excavated area was backfilled and the surface was restored to a like-for-like condition. The project also included capping a 2-inch copper line in the basement.
