The Problem
A property management client in Pacifica requested an estimate for a lower and upper trenchless sewer lateral replacement.
Work Performed
We performed a comprehensive 5-day trenchless sewer lateral replacement. On day one, we set up the site and excavated the initial trench. Day two involved setting up the trench shoring for safety. On day three, we completed the trench pull and performed the official city connection, coordinating a temporary water shutoff for the tenants between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Day four consisted of the city inspection and backfilling the trenches. We concluded the project on day five by restoring the site with new concrete and asphalt.
