The customer reported a leaking toilet at a property in San Francisco. A leaking toilet can occur when the seal at the base of the toilet no longer provides a proper connection to the drain.

The team installed the new line without damaging the finished driveway or surrounding landscaping, restoring full pressure and safety.
Heises Plumbing inspected the toilet and addressed the leaking connection. The toilet was reset and the connection at the base was serviced to provide a secure fit and proper operation.
