Heises Plumbing replaced two exterior hose bibs at a Daly City, California residence.
The customer reported a leaking toilet at a property in San Francisco. A leaking toilet can occur when the seal at the base of the toilet no longer provides a proper connection to the drain.
Our Solution
Technicians installed new quarter-turn shut-off valves and fitted FIP adapters to connect with existing water lines. All plumbing fittings were secured and tested to ensure leak-free operation.
Heises Plumbing inspected the toilet and addressed the leaking connection. The toilet was reset and the connection at the base was serviced to provide a secure fit and proper operation.
