The Problem
Plumbers repaired a kitchen sink drain line in San Francisco, California by replacing a damaged 1-1/2 inch nipple and 45-degree elbow.
The customer reported a leaking toilet at a property in San Francisco. A leaking toilet can occur when the seal at the base of the toilet no longer provides a proper connection to the drain.
Our Solution
They installed a new waste adapter, chrome offset tube, waste arm, and basket strainer. For the basin sink, they recommended replacing the blocked drain line with new piping, a pop-up assembly, and a P-trap.
Heises Plumbing inspected the toilet and addressed the leaking connection. The toilet was reset and the connection at the base was serviced to provide a secure fit and proper operation.
